Human rights Responsibility

LS Materials takes the lead in preventing human rights violations and respecting and guaranteeing human rights in all business activities.

LS Materials prevents human rights violations and upholds human dignity, value, freedom, and rights through human rights-friendly management activities.

LLS Materials respects the International Labor Organization (ILO) declaration and establishes a labor human rights policy based on human dignity and value guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Korea, or stipulated in international human rights treaties and international customary law to which Korea has joined and ratified.

Labor Human Rights guidelines

  • Prohibition of discrimination

    LS Materials does not discriminate against management activities for gender, ethnicity, race, nationality, age, disability, social status, political or religious reasons.

  • Prohibition of forced labor

    LS Materials complies with labor-related laws and does not force workers to work against their free will

  • Compliance with working conditions

    LS Materials complies with legal working hours and minimum wages under labor-related laws and does not discriminate against working conditions based on the principle of equal wages for equal labor.

  • Protection of underage workers

    LS Materials complies with the legal age of employment and protects underage workers in accordance with relevant regulations such as employment rules.

  • Protection of the three labor rights

    LS Materials guarantees the right to unite, collective bargaining, and collective action guaranteed by the Constitution and labor-related laws.
